JOSH ALLEN OFFERS BRUTALLY HONEST REALITY CHECK AFTER BILLS’ EMBARRASSING LOSS TO DOLPHINS – “IT STARTS WITH ME”

Miami Gardens, Florida – November 9, 2025
The Buffalo Bills suffered one of their worst losses of the season, falling 34–14 to the Miami Dolphins in Week 10 — and though he wasn’t the only one at fault, Josh Allen stood in front of the cameras and took it all.
Allen completed 28 of 40 passes for 206 yards, two touchdowns, one interception, and a fumble. But what frustrated him the most wasn’t the stat sheet — it was the lack of fight.
“They wanted it more than us,” Allen admitted.
“I gotta be better — in protection, in the passing game, in the run game. Anytime you turn it over three times, two in the red zone, that’s a recipe for disaster.”
No Excuses, No Deflection
Allen didn’t point fingers. He didn’t blame play-calling, teammates, or injuries.
When asked whether the team came out flat for such a critical divisional matchup, Allen’s answer was short but powerful:
“Yeah, but again, that starts with me. I gotta be better, starts with a better week of practice, watch this one, learn from it, and move on.”
Bills fans are used to seeing the fierce, stoic, unstoppable Allen.
But tonight, they saw something different — a quarterback weighed down by honesty, carrying more than just the football on his shoulders.

Buffalo’s Problems Run Deeper
Allen can only take so much blame.
The real issue may lie within the Bills’ front office.
General manager Brandon Beane stood pat at the trade deadline, leaving Allen with limited weapons and a struggling offensive rhythm.
When asked about Keon Coleman and whether the offense was using him enough, Allen’s tone said it all:
“I gotta give guys chances... I mean, he caught one today, so yeah.”
It wasn’t frustration — it was resignation.

Buffalo’s Warning Bell
At 5–5, the Bills’ playoff hopes are slipping.
Allen can keep saying “it starts with me,” but eventually, it can’t keep ending with him.
“When a player takes accountability, that’s leadership.
When an organization forces him to do it every week — that’s failure.”
— NBC Sports Commentator
The truth is simple: Buffalo doesn’t just need Allen to be better — they need everyone else to catch up.
Because if not, their championship window might be closing faster than one of Allen’s deep throws.
