Former Dallas Cowboys Legend Slams D-Line After Historic Offensive Streak

🛑Former Dallas Cowboys Legend sends challenge to the Dallas Cowboys’ defense after Historic Offensive Run

The Dallas Cowboys’ offense has taken over the NFL — and the numbers prove it. Through five weeks, the Cowboys rank #1 in total offense, with Dak Prescott sitting 2nd in passing yards, Javonte Williams 2nd in rushing yards, George Pickens 2nd in receiving touchdowns, and Jake Ferguson 2nd in receptions.

What makes this even more impressive? The unit has done it despite their starting offensive line missing a combined seven games this season. In short — this offense is built different.

But while the offense shines, one Cowboys legend believes it’s time for the defense to match that same energy.

Hall of Famer DeMarcus Ware, one of the greatest pass rushers in franchise history, shared a powerful message for the Cowboys’ defensive front:

“Our O-line’s been dominating — now it’s your turn. D-line, show this league who we are. Talent means nothing without fire. So hunt every snap like it’s your last, protect that Star, and make offenses fear the name Dallas again.”

It’s the kind of challenge that echoes through locker rooms — a reminder from a man who built his career on relentless pursuit and leadership. Ware knows what it means to carry the Star with pride, and his words hit differently coming from someone who’s done it all in a Cowboys uniform.

As the Cowboys prepare for their next matchup, the message is clear:
If the defense finds its rhythm to match this offensive dominance, Dallas could become the most complete team in football — one worthy of reviving the glory days that DeMarcus Ware himself once defined.

Steelers Sign Former Buccaneers Safety Ahead of Week 6
The Pittsburgh Steelers have made another roster adjustment as they continue to fine-tune their depth heading into Week 6. The team officially announced the signing of safety Jack Henderson to their practice squad. Henderson, an undrafted free agent out of the 2025 NFL Draft, initially signed with the Carolina Panthers before spending time with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on their practice squad. His addition gives the Steelers another young, versatile defensive back who has shown potential as both a tackler and a coverage player. Before reaching the NFL, Henderson spent two seasons at the University of Minnesota, where he appeared in 26 games and recorded 103 total tackles, including 61 solo stops, 14 tackles for loss, seven sacks, five passes defended, three interceptions, one forced fumble, and a fumble recovery. Prior to Minnesota, he played three seasons at Southeastern Louisiana, where he posted 163 tackles, 12 tackles for loss, and six interceptions in 33 games — showcasing consistency and leadership on defense throughout his collegiate career. Henderson’s signing comes as the Steelers continue to bolster defensive depth amid ongoing injuries and roster rotations. While he’ll begin on the practice squad, Henderson’s collegiate production and experience could earn him an opportunity to contribute to the active roster as the season progresses.
