All 53 players on the Eagles’ active roster practiced on Friday as the team gets ready to host the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday afternoon.
The final injury report of the week, including game statuses, will be released later on Friday afternoon.
Among those practicing on Friday: Bryon Young (forehead laceration), who sat out on Thursday. Also practicing were Dallas Goedert (knee), Will Shipley (oblique) and Tanner McKee (right thumb), who were limited on Thursday, as well as Jalen Carter (shoulder), who was bumped up to a full participant on Thursday.
The biggest news of the bunch is probably Goedert, who missed Week 2 with a knee injury he suffered early in the second half against the Cowboys in the opener. Goedert was limited the first two days of the week. As of Wednesday, he was unsure of his availability for Sunday.
If Goedert, 30, is able to play against the Rams, he would likely need to wear a brace on his injured knee. Goedert has worn a brace before; in fact, he wore one last year during the Super Bowl run.
Shipley suffered an oblique injury in the opener and also missed Week 2. After missing practice on Wednesday, Shipley was limited on Thursday and was back on the field on Friday. Without him in Week 2, Saquon Barkley’s backup was veteran A.J. Dillon. Tank Bigsby was active but did not play on offense against the Chiefs.
McKee continues to work his way back from a fracture to his right thumb he suffered late in training camp. He was the emergency quarterback in Week 2 but could potentially be the backup in Week 3 if he has healed enough. If not, Sam Howell would resume that role.
