Eagles Announce Series of Roster Moves, Add Depth Across Multiple Positions Ahead of Week 2
Philadelphia, PA – The Eagles made a flurry of roster adjustments this week as they continue to shape their depth chart following the season opener.
The headline move saw linebacker Patrick Johnson promoted to the active roster. Johnson, who has flashed potential on special teams and situational defense, now gets a chance to prove himself as part of the 53-man squad. His versatility and physical playstyle fit perfectly with Vic Fangio’s defensive schemes.
